Administrative Positions

RESPONSIBILITIES: Your typical tasks that may be carried out include:
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments (company), brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
  • Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timeline coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms on Social Networking Sites.
  • Researches and monitors activity of company competitors (other institution)
  • Creates and distributes engaging writing or graphic content in the form of e -newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
  • Reports progress to senior marketing management / CEO.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Marketing or Social Media / Communication with minimum 2 years’ experience in the related field
  • Experience in Social Media Management, Marketing, Computer Software Proficiency, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Advertising, Proofreading and Editing Skills.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Able to work independently without any supervision.
  • Training will be provided (if necessary).
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Academic Positions

RESPONSIBILITIES: Your typical tasks that may be carried out include:
  • Classroom management.
  • Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes.
  • Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
  • Marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work.
  • Developing, writing and producing new materials, including audio and visual resources.
  • Organizing and getting involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, school parties, dinners and excursions.
  • Attending and contributing to training sessions.
  • Preparing information for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises.
  • Basic administration such as managing student registration and attendance records.
REQUIREMENTS: Vocational Studies Division
  • Candidate must possess relevant academic qualifications at least Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 or Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) in a related field with a minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
  • Preferably applicant with Vocational Training Officer certificate (VTO) from a recognized accredited centre.
  • Possess good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
  • Able to multi task and work independently.

  • To design, develop and deliver a range of programmes of study (sometimes for entirely new courses) at various levels.
  • To review course content and materials on a regular basis, updating when required.
  • To develop and apply innovative and appropriate teaching techniques and materials that creates interest, understanding and enthusiasm amongst students.
  • Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
  • Marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work.
  • Organizing and getting involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, school parties, dinners and excursions.
  • Attending and contributing to training sessions.
  • Preparing information for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises.
  • Basic administration, such as managing student registration and attendance records.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess relevant academic qualifications with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably Masters in Computer Science qualification / Masters in Accounting & Finance / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
  • Able to multi task and work independently.
