You will be trained to skilfully prepare different types of appetizers, main courses, desserts, handle catering activities and etc. Specific products and cooking styles are examined in detail. You will also learn to master these particular skills and creatively demonstrate the techniques learned.

Programme & Registration Fees
A standard Registration Fee of RM 600 is charged when you sign up for the first level. Upon completion of the course and where applicable, the registration fee for the next level is only RM260. This fee includes JPK registration, insurance, course and student materials.
