About H.S. Wathan
F4 – Corporate and Business Law
H.S. Wathan is a qualified and experienced lecturer who has more than 22 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level. He has been teaching at the tertiary level since 1996. He has the relevant experience in delivering lectures, coaching and mentoring students in any law related subjects.
He has Master of Law (LL.M) from University of Malaya and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Leicester, UK. He also has Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LL.B (Hons.)) from University of London, UK.
He has lectured and taught in various universities including Asia-Pacific University (APU), University of Malaya (UM), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Wawasan Open University (WOU) and Open University Malaysia (OUM). He currently lectures law related subjects at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level. He also teaches Corporate and Business Law (F4) for the ACCA course.
His area of specialty includes Law of Contract, Business Law, Company Law Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Law.
He also has a lot of experience in academic writing as he was the content writer for Corporate Governance, Company Law, Corporate Law and both the undergraduate and postgraduate Business Law for Wawasan Open University (WOU). H.S. Wathan has also conducted training in the area of “Banking Operations and BAFIA (Banking & Financial Institutional Act 1989)” at iCIMB which is a subsidiary of CIMB Bank. He has also been a speaker at MATRADE’s seminars. He has conducted seminars in the area of “Business Law in today’s Globalized and Internet Era” and “Export Trade Disputes” at MATRADE.</span?
